You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to hold an m.ph365 account. One account per person. Providing false registration information may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions on m.ph365 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is PHP 100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements published in the individual promotion terms. m.ph365 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse or circumvention of bonus conditions is detected.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m.ph365 is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall first be referred to m.ph365 internal resolution, then to PAGCOR mediation, and finally to the courts of the Philippines if unresolved.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or services offered on m.ph365.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and m.ph365. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
The m.ph365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gambling in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. m.ph365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
m.ph365 operates under a PAGCOR license that authorises services to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a separate local licence are solely responsible for determining the legality of their use and may be denied service.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on m.ph365. Opening duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and residential address. m.ph365 is entitled to void any transaction or Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify m.ph365 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. m.ph365 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. m.ph365 does not recognise claims from third parties asserting rights over an Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, m.ph365 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires you to submit:
m.ph365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or regulatory compliance reviews. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal function suspended pending verification.
m.ph365 currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The standard minimum deposit is PHP 100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method. No maximum total deposit is imposed by m.ph365, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your m.ph365 Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. m.ph365 reserves the right to reject any deposit it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from unlawful activity.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your m.ph365 Balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer processing times depend on the originating bank and may take up to one (1) Philippine banking day.
It is your responsibility to ensure deposit details are entered correctly. m.ph365 is not liable for deposits sent to incorrect payment addresses. Contact our support team immediately if a deposit does not appear in your Balance within the expected processing window.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
m.ph365 targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two Philippine banking hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or for transactions subject to enhanced verification.
m.ph365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering review, or investigation of suspected account abuse. Players will be notified of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline.
m.ph365 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond m.ph365's control. Review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by m.ph365 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or winnings derived from them — may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, only Real Money Balance bets contribute to wagering requirements at 100%. Game contribution rates vary by game category; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
m.ph365 maintains the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering contribution loopholes, using prohibited betting patterns, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating play with other Players to artificially meet wagering requirements.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
Each game on the m.ph365 Platform is governed by the rules specific to that game, as displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. m.ph365 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, m.ph365 will endeavour to resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. Where a definitive game outcome cannot be determined due to a malfunction, m.ph365 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to your Balance.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on m.ph365 use certified RNG systems independently tested by approved third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use real physical equipment under video surveillance. m.ph365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. m.ph365 reserves the right to set, vary, or impose additional betting limits at its discretion, including account-specific limits applied as a result of responsible gaming assessments.
A bet is only accepted and binding once confirmed by the m.ph365 system and reflected in your transaction history. Verbal or implied commitments are not recognised. Bets placed during technical interruptions may be voided at m.ph365's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m.ph365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the m.ph365 support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions on Bonus Funds.
An Account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. m.ph365 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of PHP 50 against the dormant Account's Balance, applied on the first day of each calendar month following the initial twelve-month period, until the Balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before dormancy fees commence.
m.ph365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

All content on the m.ph365 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and databases, is owned by or licensed to m.ph365 and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without m.ph365's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, m.ph365's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by m.ph365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
m.ph365 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, fulfilment of regulatory obligations, and provision of customer support.
m.ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and m.ph365, the following escalation process applies:
Pending resolution of any dispute, you agree not to instruct your bank, GCash, or Maya to initiate a chargeback against m.ph365 except as a last resort after the dispute resolution process has been exhausted.
