To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, account takeover attempts, money laundering activity, bonus abuse, and other harmful conduct. Technical data including IP addresses and device identifiers is used for this purpose alongside transaction pattern analysis.
To respond to your support requests, resolve disputes, investigate complaints, and maintain records of support interactions for training and quality purposes.
To monitor gaming activity patterns, identify signs of potentially harmful gambling behaviour, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion requests you have set, and proactively reach out to players whose activity patterns suggest they may benefit from responsible gaming support.

m.ph365 does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your data only with the following categories of recipients, to the extent strictly necessary for the stated purpose:
GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment service providers receive the minimum account and transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to Philippine financial regulation.
Third-party KYC providers receive your identity documents and selfie photograph solely for the purpose of verifying your identity against your registration details. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for this purpose and are prohibited from retaining it beyond the verification period.
To facilitate game play, m.ph365 shares a player token (not your full personal details) with game providers such as JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. These providers may record game session and outcome data which is returned to m.ph365 for your account records.
m.ph365 is required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act to provide player data, transaction records, and suspicious activity reports to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government agencies upon lawful demand or as required by reporting schedules.
Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants engaged by m.ph365 may access personal data to the extent strictly necessary for their professional engagement, subject to confidentiality obligations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of m.ph365's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer via SMS to your registered mobile number prior to the transfer taking effect.

m.ph365 will respond to all data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a valid, verified request. In cases involving large volumes of data or complex legal considerations, we may extend this period by a further fifteen (15) business days, of which you will be notified.
The m.ph365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. m.ph365 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If we discover or are notified that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the personal data associated with it (subject to any applicable legal hold obligations), and return any deposited funds. m.ph365 is a Philippine-operated platform and the primary storage and processing of your personal data occurs within the Republic of the Philippines.
