Bonus Terms Explained
Casino bonus terms can be confusing. Before you claim any promo at m.ph365 or any online casino in the Philippines, it pays to understand what the conditions actually mean. Here is a plain-English guide to the most common terms you will encounter.

Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you are allowed to withdraw any winnings from it. A 15x rollover on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PHP 15,000 in bets before cashout eligibility.
Example: You claim a PHP 500 welcome bonus with 20x wagering. You need to wager PHP 500 × 20 = PHP 10,000 total before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
Most casinos enforce a maximum bet limit while you have an active bonus. Exceeding this cap — even once — can result in bonus forfeiture. Typically set between PHP 250 and PHP 500 per spin or round at Philippine online casinos.
Example: You're using a deposit bonus. The max bet cap is PHP 300 per spin. Betting PHP 500 on a single spin could void your bonus and any winnings from it.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically count 100%, meaning every PHP 100 you wager clears PHP 100 of the requirement. Table games like baccarat or roulette often contribute only 10–20%.
Example: You have a PHP 10,000 rollover requirement. Playing slots: PHP 10,000 wagered clears it entirely. Playing baccarat at 10% contribution: you'd need to wager PHP 100,000 to clear the same requirement.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are time-limited. You must meet the wagering requirement within the stated window — usually 7, 14, or 30 days after the bonus is credited. Uncompleted bonuses and any related winnings are forfeited when the clock runs out.
Example: A bonus credited on March 1 with a 14-day expiry must be fully wagered by March 15. Uncleared balances are removed from the account on March 16.
Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a wagering tool but can never be withdrawn itself — only the winnings generated from it are cashable once requirements are met. A non-sticky bonus is separated from your real-money balance and can be withdrawn after clearing wagering.
Example: You have a PHP 1,000 sticky bonus. After clearing 20x wagering you may withdraw PHP 3,500 in winnings, but the original PHP 1,000 bonus balance is removed automatically.
Maximum Cash-Out (Bonus Cap)
Even after successfully clearing the wagering requirement, there is often a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. Common caps range from 3x to 5x the original bonus amount at Philippine casinos.
Example: You claim a PHP 500 bonus with a 5x max cashout cap. Even if you win PHP 8,000 playing with that bonus, the maximum you can withdraw from those winnings is PHP 2,500 (5 × PHP 500).
Practical tip: Always read the T&C before claiming any bonus. Check rollover, game contribution, expiry, and max cashout simultaneously — one unfavorable term can change the entire value of a promotion.
